  • Employee Assistance

    Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), provide employees and their family members with direct access to professional counselling and consultation services. The central aim of the EAP is to help employees and their families solve problems that might be interfering with their work and personal lives. The Pace EAP is designed to:

    • Provide easy access to problem-solving advice when worries begin to affect work and home life,
    • Help employees and families to solve problems, to communicate and to manage life and work situations in a more productive way,
    • Help to alter potentially destructive behaviours such as anger, substance abuse or misuse, and the abuse of others,
    • Promote positive choices in the areas of physical, emotional, relationship and family health and encourage positive attitudes and problem-solving in the workplace.

  • Employer Services

    Pace provides organizations with an unbiased opinion, objective analysis or external support when it is needed. Pace has the necessary expertise and services to help HR departments, managers and supervisors during challenging moments. We offer a wide range of support for organizations such as:

    • Trauma Response and Critical Incident Debriefing

  • Private Counselling

    Pace provides counseling service through Employee Assistance Programs, private pay, and through insurance. Individual, couple, and family sessions are offered in a completely confidential manner in Pace private offices.

    Assistance is available for a wide range of issues including:

    • Marital or relationship struggles including assistance with improving communication,
    • Parenting, family conflict, and school problems,
    • Depression, anxiety, panic, and over-worrying,
    • Substance abuse, drug and alcohol addiction, gambling problems,
    • Stress management, life-change management,
    • Anger management and aggression,
    • Dealing with sexual, emotional or physical abuse,
    • Coping with loss including the death of a loved-one and relationship losses,
    • Eldercare and issues associated with care-giving,
    • Work-related issues including stress, conflict, harassment and job-performance,
    • Coping with physical health problems,
    • Financial advice including debt and credit counselling,
    • Consultations with a lawyer to discuss legal questions,
    • Nutrition counselling,
    • Career counselling and guidance.

  • Primary Care Services

    Pace Consulting Group has partnered with ICE Leadership, an expert in supporting organizations with ‘operational readiness’, and leadership development, to offer a range of services that are available specifically to support primary care service delivery. Pace’s extensive experience in the delivery of healthcare services such as Social Work, Dietetics, and Occupational Therapy has been combined with ICE Leadership’s knowledge in business process, operational planning and leadership development.

    Services offered to Family Health Teams:

    • Work with Physicians and Nurse Practitioners to ensure success with the launch of Family Health Teams (FHTs), and Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinics (NP led clinics),
    • Develop high quality Business and Operational Plans,
    • Provide project leadership for FHTs and NP led clinics during the formative stages to accelerate operational readiness and reduce implementation time lines,
    • Organize high quality, integrated and efficient IHP (Interdisciplinary Healthcare Provider) services,
    • Provide complete end-to-end delivery and management of Mental Health, Nutrition and other IHP services to ensure successful patient outcomes and efficient integrated care.
